三、设备可以实现功能/Functions of SPR
　　仪器 SPR 是基于表面等离子体共振（SPR）技术来实时跟踪生物分子间的相互作用，不需任何标记物的技术。该设备通过固定波长，测量角度反射光谱获得分子相互作用信息；也可固定入射角度，测量分子相互作用动力学曲线。SPR可进行：1、动力学常数的测定；2、样品浓度的测定；3、分析相互作用模式；4、复合物功能分析。

The instrument SPR is based on Surface Plasmon Resonance (SPR) technology to monitor the interaction of biomolecules in real time. The molecular interactions information is obtained by measuring the angular reflection spectroscopy at a fixed wavelength; or measuring the kinetic of molecular interactions through reflectivity intensity changes at a fixed incident angle. SPR is able to perform the determination of kinetic constant, detection of sample concentration; analysis of the interaction modes and functional analysis of complex.

五、基本原理/Principle
　　如图所示，SPR 分子相互作用仪器的原理是波长 632.8 nm 的激光形成的 p 偏振光，到达棱镜后激发金属表面的表面等离子体发生共振。通过改变入射光角度 θ，实时检测反射光强度的变化 R，根据反射光强度变化 ΔR 或共振角度的变化 Δθ，实现分子相互作用的检测；也可以通过固定角度，测量反射光强的变化曲线获得分子相互作用动力学常数。

As shown in the figure, the laser at the wavelength of 632.8 nm passes through a polarizer to become a transverse magnetically polarized beam and is coupled to glass prism to excite surface plasmon resonance of sensor chip. The reflected light intensity R is detected in real time by the changes of incident light angle θ. The detection of molecular interactions can be achieved by the changes of ΔR or Δθ; the molecular interaction kinetic constants can also be obtained by measuring the reflectivity changes at a fixed angle.
